These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skin Glow by Dominique website (“Site”), online store, booking platform, and any services or products provided by Skin Glow by Dominique (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, purchasing from, or booking with Skin Glow by Dominique, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. General Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of it. Unauthorized use, including attempting to access non-public areas, is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or book services.

3. Product Purchases

All purchases are subject to product availability, order verification, and payment authorization. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

4. Return Policy (Retail Products)

Unopened Products:

May be returned within 7 days for a full refund if unused and in original condition.

Opened Products:

Opened items that caused irritation or did not work for your skin may be returned within 21 days for store credit only. Product must be gently used and at least half full.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items may be returned for store credit.

Final Sale:

Discounted, promotional, and seasonal items are final sale.

5. Service Policies

A. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

• Excessive violations may result in denial of future appointments.

B. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone due to contraindications, unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.

C. Client Disclosures

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and recent aesthetic procedures. We are not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed information.

D. Aftercare Compliance

Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and post-care instructions. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

E. Packages and Series

All packages, series, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may not be converted to credit or exchanged.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Results from skincare services or products vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any service, treatment, or retail product. Dissatisfaction with results does not warrant a refund.

7. Professional Skincare & Medical Disclaimer

The Site and studio services do not provide medical advice. You assume all risks associated with use or misuse of products. Patch testing is recommended. We are not liable for reactions including irritation, purging, breakouts, allergic responses, or improper use.

8. Shipping, Lost Packages & Delivery

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Claims must be filed with the carrier. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

10. Pricing & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, services, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these changes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of Skin Glow by Dominique and may not be copied or used without written authorization.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, coupon manipulation, scraping, data-mining, impersonation, or tampering with the Site or booking platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Glow by Dominique is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• adverse skin reactions

• treatment outcomes

• lost profits

• misuse of products

• shipping issues

• inaccurate information provided by the client

Your sole remedy is discontinuation of product use or service participation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in Massachusetts state or federal courts.
