Skin Glow by Dominique Return Policy

At Skin Glow by Dominique, every product in our collection is intentionally chosen for its quality, performance, and ability to support long-term skin health. If something isn’t the right match for your skin, we’re here to ensure you still feel confident in your routine.

Unopened Products: 7 Days

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Opened Products: 21 Days (Store Credit)

If you’ve opened a product and it caused irritation or simply isn’t working well with your skin, it may be returned within 21 days for store credit.
Products must be gently used and at least half full to qualify.

Exchanges

To keep the process seamless and stress-free, Skin Glow by Dominique does not offer direct product exchanges. Eligible opened items can be returned for store credit, which can be used toward any product of your choice.

Final Sale Items

All discounted, promotional, and seasonal products LED Masks, and electronic skincare devices are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

How to Begin a Return

Please email or message us with your order number to start your return. Once your item is received and reviewed, your refund or store credit will be processed promptly.
