Skin Glow by Dominique Shipping Policy
At Skin Glow by Dominique, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order so it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via UPS.
This service typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS and may vary.
Flat-Rate Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, regardless of weight or distance. Your flat-rate cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for USPS tracking to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Skin Glow by Dominique is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, it may be reshipped once the new shipping fee is paid.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Skin Glow by Dominique is not liable for:
• packages marked “delivered” but not received
• stolen packages
• delays caused by USPS
• packages lost in transit
If your package appears lost or missing, please file a claim with USPS directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• your order number
• photos of the damage
• photos of the shipping box
We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Heat- or Cold-Sensitive Products
Some skincare items may be affected by temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for heat or cold exposure once a package is in USPS possession. Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we strive to ship quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter the processing stage.
