Before applying, cleanse your skin. Wait for skin to dry completely. Start by applying every other day for a week. Then apply every day, once a day. Apply only 1-2 swipes, then massage into the skin until gel is fully absorbed. Leave it on, do not wash off. Apply a full-spectrum SPF30+ sunscreen to all exposed skin during the day. Reapply.
